Monthly Limits
Discuss only 1-2 major projects per month. Place extras on a waiting list and review lightly during Monday/Friday syncs.
Required Participants
Executive team + FOH + BOH + stakeholders impacted by the initiative.
Meeting Flow
10-min blocker round-robin → FOH-led core discussion → break if needed → final alignment.
Decision Protocol
If no consensus, pause up to 30 days and collect formal feedback only before re-evaluation.
Evaluation Criteria
What, Why, How, If-impact, and Where (overlap vs underbuilt) for every proposal.
Documentation Rule
Submit non-editable proposal docs (PDF preferred) with visuals + stakeholder summary before review.
